1. Choose a ring that already fits the correct finger — in the US, engagement and wedding rings are most commonly worn on the ring finger of the left hand.
2. Lay it flat and measure the inner diameter (edge to edge) in millimeters.
3. Match the measurement to the chart below. If it falls between two sizes, order the size in between.

1. Cut a piece of string, yarn, or paper at least 3 inches long.
2. Wrap it snugly around the base of the finger you'll wear the ring on, and mark where it overlaps.
3. Lay it flat and measure the length in millimeters with a ruler.
4. Match the measurement to the chart below.

The Ring is a loop marked with numbered sizes and a slit, sized to wrap around your finger.

1. Before cutting, use a ruler to confirm the guide bar on the printed page measures exactly 2 inches (50mm) — some printers auto-scale to fit the page, which will throw off your result.
2. Cut out the Ring along its outline.
3. Wrap the Ring around the base of the finger you'll wear your ring on.

The Strap is the pointed strip that feeds through the Ring's slit and pulls it snug.

1. Cut out the Strap along its outline.
2. Feed the pointed end of the Strap through the slit on the Ring.
3. Pull the Strap until the Ring fits snugly around your finger — not loose, not tight.
4. Read the number on the Ring that lines up with the slit. That's your size.
