Our utmost priority is your satisfaction with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to assist you with a return or refund.
Our refund and return policy lasts for 30 days from the day you received your item(s). If 30 days have passed, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, including the original packaging.
There are certain items that are not eligible for a refund, including:
- Items that are customized to your requirements
- Items with engraving
- Items damaged due to improper use
- Items lost due to incomplete delivery addresses
Returns & Refunds
Please note all items are made to order, so returns and refunds for items without quality problems will incur a 35% restocking fee.
Please follow these terms when refunding:
- Please contact us at [firstname.lastname@example.org] before requesting a return or refund.
- We reserve the right to disqualify you from returns or exchanges if the subsequent item(s) are the same as a previous order.
- Our policy does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of your use or wear and tear of a product.
- Customized items such as ring sizes over 9US or under 3US, changing the main stone, changing side stones, changing the style of the band, and engraving on the ring are non-refundable. Customized item exchanges will incur a 35% restocking fee.
- Items sent as replacements or exchanges are not refundable.
- All returns and exchanges are governed by the provisions of the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act of the U.S.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be applied to your original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds
PayPal refunds may take up to 48 hours to process and appear in your account.
Credit card refunds will take between 7-14 business days to appear in your account. If you haven't received your refund, please check your Paypal account or bank account and contact your credit card company and bank. If you still haven't received your refund, please contact us at [email@example.com].
If you would like to exchange an item for personal reasons, please note the following rules:
- If the value of the exchanged item(s) is higher than the original item(s), you will need to pay the difference in price.
- If the value of the exchanged item(s) is less than the value of the original item(s), there will be no refund.
We aim to make your order just the way you want it. Please check your confirmation email after placing your order to ensure that all information is correct. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately.
Items will be sent into production 48 hours after we receive payment. Therefore, any cancellations made after 48 hours will incur a $50 material and processing fee.
To return your product, please contact us at [firstname.lastname@example.org] for our address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning an item from outside the United States, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please use a trackable shipping service when returning an item, as we do not process returns without a tracking number.
