Each ring is handmade to order in 15–20 business days, followed by 5–7 business days shipping within the U.S. or 7–9 business days to other regions via USPS, FedEx, or DHL.
Standard U.S. shipping is free; other regions are $40, while rush service costs $50 and targets delivery within 18 days in the U.S. or 25 days elsewhere.
Tracking is provided after dispatch, and any customs duties or import taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging.
Customized, engraved, improperly used, or replacement items are not refundable, and non-quality returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee.
