What You Need to Know About Custom Orders Before you place your order Custom rings take time. The creation process for fully custom jewelry can be lengthy, depending on the complexity of the design and material availability. Please allow plenty of time for your order to be completed — this ensures we can create something truly special for you. No returns or refunds. Due to the personalized nature of custom rings, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds. Please make sure all details are correct before finalizing your order. Step ②. Customization Process Guide 1. Metal requirement — 10K / 14K / 18K solid yellow gold, white gold, rose gold, palladium, platinum 950, or sterling silver S925 2. Ring size — Diameter (mm), Perimeter (mm), or US / European / UK size Custom rings are made to order and cannot be resized after Making. Please visit a professional jeweler to have your ring size measured accurately before placing your order.3. Gemstones — Provide Stone Size | Weight: Carat | Clarity and Grade requirements | Types（Moissanite、Diamond、Moss agate、Sapphire 、Opal、Alexandrite、Sapphire、Ruby、Moonstone 、Turqoise、Morganite etc.）4. Specify the cut — Marquise cut, Round cut, Oval cut, Pear cut, Emerald cut, Cushion cut, or any other fancy shape. You may also attach a reference image. 5. Style reference — please share a photo of the design you like, a hand-drawn sketch, or an existing ring to be used as reference. If you already have a CAD file or technical drawing, you may send it directly. Step ③. Ordering Process 1. Just share the idea or the reference images of the jewelry and get a free quote. After you confirm the price, I will create a new custom order link for you and proceed to payment. 2. Once the payment is received — which can be a part payment or a full — we will design and share 3D CAD with you for approval. 3. Once the CAD is approved, we will share the images and video of the Gemstones. 4. We will then start making the jewelry and will keep you updated on all steps of making it. 5. Final images and videos of the jewelry will be shared before shipping. 6. Processing time is different for each listed item and is mentioned on each listing. If you need rush order service, please message us before placing an order. Step ④. Payment plans Installments: Pay in 2–5 installments Deposit : 35% of the order value to start making the jewelry Shipping :We ship jewelry once the full payment is received Step ⑤. Each ring is handmade to order in 15–20 business days, followed by 5–7 business days shipping within the U.S. or 7–9 business days to other regions via USPS, FedEx, or DHL.
Standard U.S. shipping is free; other regions are $40, while rush service costs $50 and targets delivery within 18 days in the U.S. or 25 days elsewhere.
Tracking is provided after dispatch, and any customs duties or import taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging.
Customized, engraved, improperly used, or replacement items are not refundable, and non-quality returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee.
Please contact service@fymjewelrydesign.com before returning your item; return shipping is non-refundable, and approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
FYM Jewelry Design provides a one-year warranty covering production-related defects.
The warranty does not cover improper use, care or storage, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, or resizing and other work performed by a third-party jeweler.
