I had purchased a ring in size 5 and promptly messaged to change it to a size 4, I was told it would absolutely be corrected to a 4 wich i was pleased about. Then another response from the company that it would not be changed and then again corrected. It came as a size 4.5 wich was too big. I asked the company what size was sent and I had no response,I messaged a few times and no response at all. I felt that was very unprofessional that no response was given on any mode of contact. I had to get the ring resized at a local jeweler. The ring itself seems to be good quality. The engraving was a little funky with the middle letters very shallow, so eventually may rub off but other letters are deep. It did come as pictured and is a pretty ring itself.

Looks even better in person! New fiancée LOVES the ring! The fit is perfect and the the FYM team got the rush order to me within 2 weeks of ordering. Would recommend this company to anyone looking for unique and beautifully crafted rings!
